Renting conditions :

5 % discount by rent of at least 3 weeks.
1/3 of the total rent must be paid immidiately after the agreement.
The remaining rent must be paid at least 30 days before the beginning of the rental period.
Minimum rental period is one week (7 days). Arrival after 3pm and departure at 11am at the latest unless otherwise agreed.
Consumption of electricity is paid separately at a price of 0.80 € per Kwh.
In the winterseason (October 1st till April 15th) we offer unlimited use of our firewood at a price of 70 €/week. For the rest of the year for at a price of 40 €/week.
Final cleaning: 110 €.
